Contract: docs/contract/components/actions-carousel.md (§1) in the repository. renderActions(options) renders one group per placement: pass it to renderContents as actionsDesktopHtml with the rail’s id and as actionsMobileHtml with the mobile panel’s. The share menu is a manual popover in the top layer, placed by wtk.js under its toggle; Enter, Space or ArrowDown open it on the first item, Escape returns to the toggle. Links (PDF, EPUB, email, download) are plain anchors; kind: "unavailable" renders a disabled button, and preview: true renders every control disabled with no hooks. Every fixture below renders in light and dark; narrow the window under 48em to see the mobile placement.
